    Rote count by 2's to 50, by 5's to 100, by 10's to 100
  • Show a set with more or less
  • Show longer or shorter objects, sequence cylinders by height
  • Name coins and tell the value of a penny, nickel, dime and quarter
  • Write numbers to 20, read color words
  • Recognize a closed and open curve
  • Recognize the terms same and like
  • Recognize ordinal number words to tenth
  • Recognize and match 1 - 10 words
  • Work simple addition and subtraction problems
  • Tell time by the hour and ½ hour, read days of the week and months of the year
    Read and match shape words -- circle, square, rectangle, triangle
  • Sequence 4 pictures
  • Name and write the alphabet
    Read from Lippencott (or comparable series) books fluently
  • Recognize the directional skill for reading (left to right)

WORK HABITS

  • Listen to and follow directions
  • Work independently
  • Make good use of time
  • Do tasks carefully and neatly

PERSONAL HABITS

  • Attend to personal needs with little assistance
  • Take responsibility for belongings
  • Have acceptable table manners and social courtesies
